CAMILLA PA

The Role: Personal Assistant to Camilla Lowther, Founder of Camilla Lowther Management, a top photographic, styling and multi-media company. The Candidate will have a professional and eager attitude and ensure that the Camilla’s personal and professional calendar runs smoothly. The Candidate will also be responsible for managing the office and ensuring it runs efficiently

The Responsibilities:

  • Managing the diary of Camilla Lowther and effectively prioritising her day-to-day work and business.
  • Managing and maintaining the run of the office. Ensuring everything is up to date including; mailing lists, magazines and stationary orders.
  • Main point of contact to book any meetings, engagements, and events. Therefore, keeping the diary up to date at all times.
  • Organising all of her / family travel, including ground transportation, and visas when necessary.
  • Presenting travel schedules prior to the trip and ensuring everything runs accordingly.
  • Performing personal tasks when required.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and contacts.
  • To catalogue Camilla Lowther’s personal and professional expenses and ensuring these are handed over to Finance department.
  • Filtering all calls and emails accordingly and responding on behalf of the Camilla Lowther where required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the fashion industry with photo agency experience preferred
  • Strong interest in fashion
  • Knowledge of working stylists, set designers, and hair and makeup artists would be ideal
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a pro-active team player in various working environments
  • Ability to multi task under pressure while keeping a positive attitude
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Proficiency skills and experience with Mac computer + Mac programs preferred
  • Understanding of social media, networking, interactive and online media

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with candidates existing experience.

CLM is looking to hire a full time Stylist Agent to represent a high profile roster of Stylists, Set Designers & Visual Artists in the US office.

Responsibilities:

- Talent Management
- Marketing and Selling to Advertising, Editorial and Brand Clients
- Estimating/Negotiating/Closing potential jobs
- Maintaining artist digital presence – incl. website/social media/reel/portfolio as well as preparation of presentations, portfolios (digital or print) for meetings/pitches
- Ensure efficient production of all artists travel arrangements, call sheets and all other necessary information related to every booking.
- Accounting management (billing and wrapping jobs)
- Engaging in company initiatives
- Creating new opportunities for artists by introductions to new clients through meetings
- Any other duties that are customarily performed by an employee in a similar position within the fashion industry.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the fashion industry with photo agency experience preferred.

CLM New York is currently looking for interns:

Our New York office is currently recruiting for internships within our Photography and Stylist divisions. Hours are flexible but ideally looking for a commitment of 2-3 days a week.

Communication, organizational and basic computer skills essential as well as a strong interest in the photography/fashion/advertising industries.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and updating of artist's portfolios and website, including managing the tearsheet, print and digital archive, and requesting tearsheets from publications where necessary
- Organizing shipping and messengers in NY and between offices
- Assisting agents/producers with travel arrangements and production
- Assisting agents/producers with portfolio meetings and other promotional requirements
- Assisting with the organization of office materials and supplies
- Miscellanous projects as directed  

Positions qualify for school credit.
